He's Quat. But he should've been Spot 😁 This tiny boy has grown a lot in the past few months. From only 3 kgs, he is now more than 10 kg, I think. He is the clingiest of them three bois, and the most boisterous especially after a long nap. He is a plant-killer and a puddle-stomper. Where there is water, he will be there to drink it, stomp on it, or wrestle it (as in the case of a water hose).
