Spicy chicken curry... Surprisingly, my daughter loves curry. She also likes spicy noodles. But I think I was too generous with the chili powder here 😅 it's spicier than usual. Whenever I eat curry, I remember the friends I made when I worked as a nurse in Male, Maldives. Many were Indian who love curry and spicy food. Maldivians are the same too. They absolutely love spicy food. In fact, what I consider as quite spicy is already the "no spicy" dish for them. Still, I love their food. I can't forget this tuna dish that I usually eat in the cafeteria after night duty, as well as a rice dish that's riddled with thinly sliced chili, which is already the "no chili" order for me. 😁 It's fun reminiscing.
