The Peso is not weak , because the peso is weak. The peso is weak because the US dollar is strong. I do not know why this have been hype being mocked by most on social media.. The first time I heard this or saw this. I agree with this, I will not go into the details but I do not see financial gurus joking about this. So do not just go with the hype.. learn and analyze it first before making fun of something we do not know. Here in example why the peso is still strong and the USD is jost super strong. I met with friend clients this day and one advice they talked about is if you have a business especially in China or any country except USA, you open an account bank accounts for the country you are doing business with. They import materials in China so they open China Accounts here in the Philippines and they are paying thru Yuan and they are saving a lot og money. The Peso is not weak with other currencies which makes it a strong currency. If we compare Euro versus USD you will see that Euro has lower its cost more to USA than in the Philippines. If you think more on the statement of Sandro Marcos )oh this has nothing to do with politics bias) you will see that he is saying in public A POSITIVE THINKING AND TELLING TO ALL HIS KABABAYAN.. we are good still. The character in their family that portrays OPTIMISM. For decades they have been kicked and stomped upon and yet they portray positive mindset and optimism with hard facts. This kind of mindset is what we should practice in ourselves. If we see weakness, we must acknowledge it and motivate us to be more great. This will give us always confidence in every situations. For example... DI AKO MATABA NO.. PAYAT LANG KASI YUNG KATABI KO.. hahahah see the difference in being confident, and portraying calmness.. just a bunch of nonsense after a very busy day..
