REAL TALK SUNDAY - OVERTHINKERS... we always see this word.. this happens when we dwell on a situation , making countless outcome on that situation repeating it over and over again. With this, we tend to be stuck in a situation not figuring out how to make a decision on it. and with this we tend to be depress and have anxieties always.. Most of the time, we know we are overthinking but we tend to just accept in ourselves that we are overthinkers, making it as if it is good for you. Making it as an excuse that I just want to be sure. I do not want to make a mistake. What if that, what if this. I did not say we do not think of decision making as if do what you like moment but you still work on the pros and cons, visualize the outcome. Can I do something about it? or what can I do moments. These are all crucial on making a path for yourself but whats not cool is that when you always repeat this process over and over on single situation even have already checked all the options, we become overwhelmed over it because we visualize the future, goal, the output, how long I will go through before I can get that. I saw this clip sharing a story about a boy and a horse traveling fast in a forest wherein this boy asked the horse "I cannot see a way through" the horse just replied.. can you still still see our next step where will it land? the boy answered yes. THE HORSE REPLIED.. JUST TAKE THAT. SO if you feel stuck at the moment and you do not know what to do and you know where you are going.. just take the next step. Do not worry about the goal or the futre, We will go there. Because in every next step you will get near to that goal or journey. and you do not need to worry how long will it make you to go there. just take the next step always. In my last work,, we have this saying.. if there is a problem. Delete that problem. and in all debates and planning our final words are. Lets cross the bridge if there is a bridge.
