Can you please tell me guys if what is the proper way of taking this medicine ahha. Actually, I'm so confused how to take it as it's been a long time since I had diarrhoea. I'm stucked with these choices: 1) My guess is to take it after I ate breakfast, lunch or dinner. 2) My mother said that it must be taken every six hours. 3) Based on my research, I must take two capsule before I pee and one capsule after that. What is low bowel movement or LBM by the way? Ito ba yung pagtatae? My stool is not solid and my stomach is angry like heck. As my mother recommendation, I should eat banana which is rich for potassium? Medyo masakit pa rin, but I hope that hindi na ako magdumi ng malala ulit haha
