Just got home a while ago. I'm now doing my visual aids for my upcoming reporting in HIS 007, and I will try to explain them as far as I can. Did you notice that my handwriting is finally not like the penmanship of the doctor? At least, I able to make my notes readable. I have a bit shameness in reporting, but I need to get out in my comfort zone.
