Somethings are not meant to be. Working for family member can be tuff. The one in the boss position will not treat the other family member like other employees. It probably stems a lot from past experiences with each other. You have been doing well with your other hustles meeting new clients and making them happy. Just more time for you to grow on that now. If a virtual hug could turn into a real one I'd give you one right now, friend :)
