I need help. IT experts, please. So I'm using a Wi-Fi receiver on my PC and not LAN (not sure if this is the correct term), but it says I don't have an internet connection. I do have connection on my mobile, though, so I'm confused why it says there is no internet on my PC. Please help. Thank you.

I am having dinner... You must configure your wifi card in your pc (I am assuming that your pc has a wifi card with a small antenna that comes out of the back of the computer). They are usually routers, these devices have an ip address stuck on a sticker on the back, something like 192.168.0.1 along with a username and password, which are usually admin (both username and password are spelled "admin") . Copy that data, and then in your web browser you put that address 192.168.0.0 (the one that appears on your Wi-Fi equipment) and you are going to configure the internet and Wi-Fi options in the menu that appears, so that you give access to your pc. In a section of that menu you will be able to give access to your PC through the mac address, you just have to add the MAC ADDRESS of your PC and your cell phone to that Wi-Fi device and that's it, you will already have internet on your PC. I hope this guides you to solve your problem. In my case, I leave you the reference images of how the page is more or less, it is different for each Wi-Fi device, but almost all of them have the same options, what changes is the design.

Did u search the ssid of your wifi connection, try to used the back usb port of your computer not use infront.
In the event that your device is just a wifi receiver, then you need to go to the wifi receiver and add the mac address of your computer so that you can access the wifi. Another solution is to look for your Wi-Fi password and enter it in network connections (I am assuming that you are using Windows 10 or 11, so the Wi-Fi connection should appear in the network connections icon, all the Wi-Fi signals that are there should appear there. receiving your pc, you must click on one of them, enter the password and that's it, you must already have internet on your pc.

Ma'am. Naay naka tumbok sa ibaba. Tan.awa sa imong wifi connection if nakasulod ka sa imong wifi. Ug adtua sad ang wifi address or IP address sa imong wifi. Example PLDT to router tenda 192.168.1.1 ana maam. Then i set imong password para maka sulod imong pc. Kung imong gamit kay mobile hotspot. Same rag buhat sa ibabaw nako nga explaination.
