Things that made me decide to quit working for my annoying bossy brother: 1. He thinks he owns my whole time just because he pays me. Like for instance, I'm working on the job he assigned me, but he just finished his. He would call me to close his ticket and pretend he was working on mine. After I did his ticket, we would switch again and to my dismay, mine was still not finish. 2. He would blame me whenever he didn't get to solve the issue. Blaming me like it was my fault for not trying to learn IT, not looking at his screen when his doing a remote to his client, or not trying harder. He claims I wasn't serious about this job and stuff. Fnck!!! I'm so done hearing his rants, but every time that things end well for him, he would acknowledge me for being good at what I do. Obviously, he's just looking for someone to blame for his failure. 3. He spent most of his hours, especially in his free time, researching for possible solutions to his new client and ignoring the issues for the job I'm working on. As usual, it will all my fault when he get stressed trying to fix them. 4. He keeps saying he paid me well. He pays 600 php a day as his max, but now, it's down to 500. As a response, I would tell him not to brag his 600 a day in 8 hours because I pay an hourly rate for Cherry, and that would be 920php a day or 8 hours. He even wanted to pay me 350-400. Lol. Anyways, I hope this will be my last rant.
