A strong smell assaulted my nose early this morning when I came out of my room and I couldn't stop sneezing. Nope, it's not dried fish. Hahaha. I wish it was because I specially like dried fish in cold weather like today. It was a perfume sprayed I guess by my brother who is off to work. You see, I have mild allergic rhinitis and I have noticed that strong smell and smoke are two of my triggers. That's why I can't be around smokers.🤭✌️ I don't usually take antihistamine unless really needed. I just wait for the sneezing to stop. Good morning. Do you also have allergies? Food allergy? Allergic to strong smell? Getting itchy with dust or allergic to some people? Hahaha. Enjoy your Friday everyone.

Ang hirap nga po ng may allergic rhinitis. Minsan nga kapag uminom ako ng cold water sa umaga, panay na bahing ko.
Di ka pala pwede sa mga polluted area ses. Ako naman thankfully wala ako ng mga yan kaya kahit akong kainin ko basta masarap, go! 😍😅
