Papaya trees grow abundantly in our yard. I can see three of them outside my bedroom window. Towering these trees is the Queen Crepe Myrtle. Doesn't sound familiar? It's just Banaba. Hehehe. Its Filipino name may not sound appealing but its flower is so pretty. These trees serve as playgrounds for Eurasian tree sparrows and other birds I'm not familiar with. And these birds are my alarm clock. 🤭 Time to get up! Good morning and have a great Monday. 🌸Here are the petals of the Banaba flowers.
