Lunch is ready! This is our version of Pork Hamonado. We usually include the pineapple tidbits and make sure there's a little sauce. I slept early last night. I think it was 10 pm when I hit the hay (yup, that's early for me 🤭) and yet it feels like I haven't had enough sleep. I’m going to eat lunch early because I didn’t eat last night and just instant noodles and hotdog this morning. Ciao!
