Lunch is ready! This is our version of Pork Hamonado. We usually include the pineapple tidbits and make sure there's a little sauce. I slept early last night. I think it was 10 pm when I hit the hay (yup, that's early for me 🤭) and yet it feels like I haven't had enough sleep. When I saw the word OREO I was thrilled I overlooked the flavor that I would never be a fan of. 🤭 It was a pass for me. I wanna eat something chocolate-flavored 🍫 but not this dark chocolate enrobed dried mangoes. I don't eat dried mangoes. I was deleting old pictures when I saw this photo of yummy ham slices in my gallery. I took it last December 31, 2021, Friday, 21:58 and decided to share it here for my Throwback Thursday before I delete it. Yesterday was Mother's Day and today is my brother's birthday. Super hyper na kami kakakain ng chocolate cake simula pa kahapon. Gusto nang sumuko ng aking sweet tooth persona.😂 We just prepared our version of Arroz Valenciana and spaghetti. Yup. Spaghetti yan. I check my phone’s gallery to find something to share for my Throwback Thursday and end up deleting a lot in my screenshot folder. I deleted 114 and still have 73 left in that folder alone. 😁 I would have to go through my gallery again to check if those 918 pictures are worth keeping. I didn't sync this POCO with the Xiaomi Cloud unlike my Samsung. How many pictures do you have saved on your phone? What's the most precious photo you have that you will never delete ever?

I have no picture of food to share right now. I decided to leave my cellphone in my room and go straight to the kitchen to see what dish was prepared. I had rice and lumpiang shanghai for breakfast. Looking at the first photo, can you guess what I'm making? Who am I kidding? Today I have experienced the smoothest and fastest government transaction ever.🤭😜 PhilSys set up a registration center right next to the Quasi-Parish of our barrio for a couple of days. I was trying to be okay after reading the news about the shooting incident in Robb Elementary School in Texas. It's so heartbreaking. 😥 I can only imagine the pain those parents are going through right now.
