Here is the video of Admiral McRaven that inspired me to make my bed everyday. It was uploaded by Centre for Executive Education last October 25, 2017. https://youtu.be/GmFwRkl-TTc It has a very powerful message but what stuck is the truth that if you make your bed and you had a very stressful day at least you'll go home to a nice clean bed. It will change your mood and will help you forget about your unhappy day. Everyday, I am always excited to get to my room because I know I have a comfortable bed waiting for me. Something that won't judge me and accepts me no matter what after a long day. Of course that is just my shallow perception but if you want something deeper then watch the video.
