Last December 31, I was in my room watching YouTube videos. I heard my brother knocking and calling me but I didnβt open the door. He called me again and said he had bought something for me. When I opened the door, he handed me this bottle of coffee. π I didn't know that he knew that I like BTS. π€ So happy and thankful. Lucky to have a sweet brother.

If there is one dish that is not on our table on New Yearβs Eve, it is chicken and it is because of the beliefs of the elders about the lifestyle of this fowl that can cause bad luck. Isang kahig, isang tuka (one scratch, one peck) which they associate with less fortunates who live from hand to mouth. I usually don't believe in superstitions because our destiny depends on Him and how we try to earn a living and work hard to reach our goals and dreams but as they say 'walangβ¦

On January 5, my mom gave birth to a bouncing baby girl and to this day still bouncing. Bola lang?π€£π€£ I remember when I forgot my birthday. It was so memorable.π€ I woke up, I did my morning routine, went to school and on my way back to my boarding house after class which was just walking distance, my classmate/close friend asked me how I will celebrate my birthday and I was like π³ then I looked at her and she was like π. Boy In Luv by BTS sounds aggresive but is actually a sweet song when you translate the Korean lyrics to English. It is a nice song with cool music video and great dance choreography. I just finished watching the Chinese television drama 'Crush'. It crushed my heart when I found out Lin Yanjun only has 2 tv series and he is not even the main lead in 'Fall In Love'. I wanna see more of him and his acting skills. The series has 24 episodes and how I wish there was more because I can't get enough of Su Nian Qin, the main character of the story. If you are a hopeless romantic with 206 romantic bones in your body then this drama series is highly recommendedβ¦

The closest classification I found when I searched for it was Dendrobium bigibbum, commonly known as Cooktown orchid. I might be wrong. I can't take my eyes off it. Good good good morning! π I felt pretty bad after my vaccination last Monday and Iβm glad I feel better now. I don't feel like eating rice so I just have eomuk or fishcake for breakfast. I just finished watching the Korean drama series 'Happiness'. As I mentioned in my old post for my Way Back Wednesday, I love to watch scary videos/movies when I'm sad or frustrated. Did I watch 'Happiness' because I was sad? Nope. Frustrated? Nope. I was just curious with the title and its apocalyptic plot. It is a good series with a lot of lessons to learn especially about trust.

The Screen (pattern, PIN and password), Face and Finger lock but I don't use any of them.π€ Although I have no scandal to hide,π€π€£ I still need to be more careful because I have a lot of auto login applications like Gmail and Messenger. I went to bed early and then woke up in the middle of the night to pee. As I was half awake, I realized how life can be a tedious routine. You wake up, you eat breakfast, you go to work, you eat lunch, you keep working, you go home, you eat dinner, you do stuff like maybe your hobby, you go to sleep and then the cycle repeats again the next day. I'm drowsy but I couldn't sleep because I'm looking after my brother who had a fever and muscle pain because of the booster. This is what I ate for lunch. Pork Giniling. My stepmom cooked chicken noodle soup and when I took my first sip, I got worried. It has no taste so I asked one of my brothers if it was really bland and he confirmed. Why am I worried? Because I have a fever and headache since yesterday after I took care of my brother who got sick because of his booster. We will know the result of his swab test tomorrow and hopefully it will be negative. I had my first dose last January 17 and I don't think it will take that long for myβ¦

The storm has passed. Or so I thought. For the past 2 days, I have been suffering from high fever and severe headache which made it difficult for me to sleep. This morning I checked my temperature and it is back to normal. I got up, freshened up, ate my breakfast, folded my clothes and went out to breathe some fresh air. ~When the word POSITIVE has a NEGATIVE connotation ~ My brother works with the COVID Monitoring Group of our municipality and yesterday his supervisor asked him to go to the isolation facility for a swab because he has been absent from work for 4 days and is showing symptoms of the virus. The result came out a few minutes ago and he tested positive. The Task Force called him and he would be monitored starting today and all his close contacts. I'm not worried because I'm sureβ¦
