Binance is a custodian, they own your bitcoins as soon as you deposit it into their account. You can be happy if they return it to you, but its not legally binding in any way! OWN YOUR BITCOIN by using a bitcoin wallet that provides the seed phrase (pivate key) to you.

I lost my first earnings when I transferred my coins to a wallet that I couldn’t have my own seed phrase. When my first mobile crashed, I couldn’t access the app anymore, I actually lost my BCH because I didn’t own them. I didn’t have my seed phrase to log in to my wallet
