Good afternoon to all, how are you? Me, guess, after writing this one here, will be going to take my afternoon nap or siesta again, lol, little tired 'coz i went outside, ang dami ng pulis at hindi kami nakapunta sa mismong palengke dito 'coz we are not wearing a face shield, lol, baka hulihin kami ng wala sa oras kaya hindi na kami tumuloy para bumili ng pagkain doon, lol, mahirap na. This article of mine today's 'bout the one i'm drinking for few days now and must say, it's kinda effective somehow, lol, but i'm looking forward na puwede din ito makaliit ng tiyan, lol.
Grass are everywhere, even in cold places, there's a grass but most of the time, it grows more on warm places such as Philippines and other asian countries. Grass sometimes are eaten by animals especially cats and dogs if they are sick and it's effective and cure them. One of that grass is what My Mother here's been boiling now and that's what we are drinking here now and it's really effective, most of the time, it's water is what i used when i'm making my coffee, lol. On My Mother, since she drinks it, her stomach's not aching anymore and her bowel movement's been good and back to normal so i must say, it's really helpful and effective and had helped My Mother.

Now i know that it's proven, tried and tested, really helpful, really useful and really effective as i myself's been drinking it here for few days now, feeling a little good now on the inside, i must say, lol. It doesn't have any taste in it just had a little smell though just like Oregano, lol. Some of My Neighbors and Relatives here are also drinking it, they are the ones who told My Mother 'bout that 'coz she guess that she has UTI and told me to also drink it so my stomach will be fine 'coz most of the time, it aches and now, it's not aching anymore. We don't need to waste a lot of money or a money just to get well and be cured. Some Herbal Plants, Flowers and even this Grass called Paragis or Eleusine Indica can help us be well and cure our illness or disease and it's just around the corner or just outside our place or houses. Now, since we are facing this Pandemic, we should be practical and just do and take some herbal medicines to make us well and cure our illness or disease. diko alam kung ano sa bisaya ang paragis hahaha, pero nakikita ko yan sa probinsiya eh, di ko yan nakikita dito sa maynila, paano ba namwn wala ng space pra tubuan.
