Do we know how to forgive, What is Forgiveness Meditation? Do you have a nature that immediately holds a grudge or can you push everything aside? Life is very strange, when everything is going well, an unexpected event comes up and expects you to say something. You will either hate it or act like it never happened. What we do in both. But I think it's more important for our soul to pretend it didn't happen, to forgive. A friend of mine said that he used reiki to heal himself and it was beneficial. I thought that whatever was beneficial to him might be beneficial to me as well, so I decided to take Reiki. This is how the adventure started :) The Reiki master at the place I went to suggested that my heart chakra was very small and that I should give Reiki there specifically. I did as he said. I gave myself Reiki on a regular basis almost every day. I relaxed a little with the peace of being doing something for myself. But I wanted more. Because even though the pain of anger was lessened, he was still inside me in all his majesty. After a while, I attended another training given by the Reiki master. At the very beginning of the training, we asked “are there people in your life that you hate and cannot forgive?” she asked. Me and many others like me raised our hands. He said; “You will forgive! If you want to attract abundance and abundance into your life, you will forgive. There is no other way!” We all objected; “What, take all the sadness and be deprived of abundance and blessings, and as if that weren't enough, you have to forgive. What kind of justice is this! It is never, ever unacceptable!” He said, “Hatred is a very strong bond. You cannot be free until you break this bond. If you want to be free, you will forgive.” **But how?** “To forgive, all you have to do is sincerely intend to forgive,” he said, and suggested that we do the forgiveness meditation he taught us every day until we feel that we are 100% forgiven. The good thing is, we didn't have to tell the other party that we forgive, or we didn't have to deal with that person again and include them in our lives. Reluctantly, I decided to do it. As I took a step on this path, the universe had prepared nice surprises for me. And so I continued through the forgiveness process without looking back. As far as I have observed from my experiences, I can list the stages of forgiveness as follows: Intense anger and excessive resistance to forgiveness intend to forgive The tongue says that it forgives The heart says it forgives Even if you forgive, the past still hurts more The past no longer hurts Being aware of the spiritual experience of the past and the good behind it and saying “it is good that it happened” If you continue to communicate with the person you forgive and you see that he feels guilty towards you, make peace with the past enough to console him. Being able to easily share this experience with others Unconditionally intend to always be forgiving for your next life. Realizing that there is really nothing to forgive If you remember, I said in my previous article that forgiveness is inevitable for "Loving Yourself". You ask why? Because when we are wronged and hurt by others, we blame ourselves the most and we cannot forgive ourselves for what happened to us. We say; “How could I be such a sucker? How could I allow this? Why couldn't I stop? Why couldn't I foresee? Where did I go wrong?" This is why we must first and foremost forgive ourselves completely and deeply. You can reach the forgiveness meditations that I have compiled for you from this link. Anger and hatred are such a heavy burden that your eyes squint from the extreme pain and strain it causes you to carry it on your back. While you are trying to move forward, you cannot even see in front of you, you do not know in which direction you are going. The only solution is to get rid of these burdens on your back. Only then will your eyes be opened and you will finally be able to see the truth. Thank you for reading.

We are getting a little older every day.. It was a great excitement for me to celebrate my birthdays as a child. I couldn't wait for my birthday to come. When that evening was over, a sadness would fill me, how was I going to wait another year? I wanted time to pass immediately, let the days not stop, let the night not come. It's my birthday again soon. What a fool I was. Today, if I could, I would pull the strings to stop time. Now I realize that the birthdays that I wait for it to come actually take a lot out of me every year. A little more weariness, a little more sadness, a little more wrinkles, a little more skin spots. That's called old age. And the end is death. We have changed a lot since the first cell to say hello to life by going against the course of the universe. But one thing does not change: the survival instinct or the fear of death! Most of us do not even think of death when we are running around due to our obligations during the day. If our ancestors did as we do, we probably wouldn't exist with our obligations. Fortunately they didn't… They put their vital security before their every need. They put the oxygen masks on themselves, then on their offspring and other members of the group who were unable to wear them. But in the end, like all other living things, they had to face death. The survival instinct eventually turned into fear of death, because our ancestors were now aware of the reality of death. Being aware of death has separated us from other living things and introduced us to a completely different world: the world of myths! A thousand and one epics were created in the name of death and immortality and they were pursued. From the loudest to the most unknown, their main goal was to achieve immortality. If we exclude the myths that dominate the world, almost all the remaining myths and epics speak of a substance or cure that, when used, prolongs life or leads to immortality. Unfortunately, the alchemists who have been chasing these epics since primitive times failed to reach their goals. But they left many ideas for the future. How much scientists use these ideas is debatable, but we are one step closer to immortality. Of course, we are talking about “biological immortality” because “true immortality” was found about forty thousand years ago, when a group of people scribbled something on the cave walls. The universe started from a small point and created a space that we cannot reach the end. We, too, are beings that exist in this space, going towards disorder within the rules of thermodynamics. But we are a little different from the inanimate. What makes this difference is our rebellion against the system in the universe flowing into disorder. The system we are talking about is mentioned in the second law of thermodynamics as "closed systems tend to reach an equilibrium position". What is meant by the equilibrium position is the irregularity relationship with the environment. So long story short, closed systems tend to flow towards disorder. We are open systems; We can reduce our tendency towards disorder with the energy we get from outside, or in other words, by disrupting the order outside. But it's clear that we can't stop it, because in the end we die. Here, the most important point of death is our cells, whose irregularity increases over time. We only slow down this process with the energy we receive from our surroundings, and the ability to do this sets us apart from most inanimate objects. In fact, we are not conscious of this process and we exist because the works we do in line with this process are successful. It's probably a few oil molecules that start these things. We may owe our lives to the cellular structures formed by those fat molecules coming together on Earth or elsewhere in space. The effort to exist is within us at every moment of our lives. We want to make our presence felt by other people with an article we write, a word we receive in the group or a composition we make. Survival is no longer enough for us to exist. However, "existing" for oil molecules does not go beyond preserving their physical integrity. They have also introduced different chemicals among themselves in order to continue their existence. Thus, they have become an "open system" by creating a much more stable structure. Open systems, as we mentioned earlier, are systems that try to reduce their own disorganization tendencies with the energy they receive from their environment. An open system is doomed to disappear after a while after cutting off its relationship with the outside. The same conviction can occur when the systems at the microbial level that compose it, cut off their relations with their environment. If a cell has come to a point where it can no longer continue to live, the main reason for this is that the stable molecules that exist within it lose their stability for some reason. As we mentioned, open systems are in exchange with their environments, but this exchange does not always mean getting useful molecules into the system. In some cases, harmful molecules that can be taken from outside can upset the entire system. Worse, the systems around it can also suffer from this situation. When our cells are faced with this situation, they digest themselves. Thus, the surrounding cells are not damaged and the physiological balance of the body continues to be preserved. The self-digestion of cells is called "apoptosis". In fact, aging is nothing more than the death of cells over time. Cells undergo changes over the years due to harmful molecules and transfer this change to their next generations. Although these changes are not fatal on a cellular basis, they can be fatal in terms of organ physiology as they accumulate in other cells. Or it can be fatal on a cellular basis and can be seen in most cells in the organ. While cells that decide to defend their environment end their own lives, they may not know that it will actually end the life of an organ. So what does time have to do with it? We have said that cells assign tasks to certain molecules in order to establish the order of their internal systems. However, these molecules are also made up of atoms, and after a while in the universe that goes into disorder, it starts to lose its stability, no matter how much effort is made. When these molecules, which are responsible for maintaining order, become dysfunctional, the cell also becomes dysfunctional. This event occurs in most cells in the organs that have survived over time, and over time, the organs begin to become dysfunctional. We can call this process the aging process. Yes, aging is a process and unfortunately the end is death.

The Importance of Colors in Life Which color do you like most? Why do people distinguish colors? People adapt their favorite color to their room. It also reflects in the clothes he wears. He can build his lifestyle on the colors he likes. What are the meanings and powers of these colors? Many of us have wondered. It plays a big role in the positive or negative effects of colors on human psychology. Throughout history, the importance of colors and human psychology have been emphasized in every area from east to west, and while artists have been taking into account the effects of colors on their works, designs have been made considering this effect in public spaces. Especially fire red means anger and red color is a color that arouses tension in people. It is the same with animals. For example, in bulls and predators, the color red stimulates the impulse to attack. For example, the color green is very acceptable, especially in Islam. Green represents heaven and beauty. Red represents fire and punishment. In other Jewish religions, a tendency towards green and light blue draws attention. These colors are prominent in the ceramic and stained glass works of places of worship. Today, it is certain that colors significantly affect human behavior, orientations and psychology. In a study conducted in Canada, it was shown that students' success graphs can be increased with simple color changes. In the same study, it was determined that some students with behavioral disorders improved by painting the classrooms in different colors. In fact, the image that comes to our eyes is scanned by two types of visual cells. Cylindrical or rod-shaped ones perceive light, and cone-shaped ones perceive color. There are 7 million conical and 100 million cylindrical cells in our eyes. Color-sensitive conical cells are concentrated in the middle of the mesh layer, while light-sensitive cylindrical cells are denser at the edge. Visual centers are located in the posterior parts of both brains. Colors are first analyzed in the centers in these occipital lobes. Then, with a complex process, communication with the retort centers in the deep brain structures begins. Within the scope of these studies, it shows that people like the color blue the most, followed by red and green. While men prefer green, teal, orange and dark purple colors, women prefer light-pale colors such as turquoise green, light blue pink, and children prefer vivid colors such as blue, red, green, yellow and orange. Blue… It symbolizes loneliness, sadness, depression, wisdom, trust and loyalty. Blue color, especially dark blue, should be avoided in neurology clinics. Psychologists should never wear blue clothing during patient interviews. Wearing blue to job interviews signifies determination and commitment. If people who go to job interviews prefer the color blue in their costumes, they can be accepted to the job. Therefore, although blue is one of the most popular colors, care should be taken when using blue for food-related matters. Because blue is a natural appetite suppressant and in some cases, those who want to gain weight should stay away from the color blue, as it can have a repulsive effect. Those who have weight problems paint their houses blue, which can cause them to lose weight. For this reason, those who have weight problems should have their dining rooms and kitchens painted blue. Likewise, restaurant operators who want their customers to eat more should avoid blue. Blue and light blue painted media increase efficiency and performance. Studies show that students get higher grades in blue rooms and weightlifters can lift heavier loads. In addition, people can remember the texts written in blue more. For these reasons, it is necessary to paint the study rooms blue. Underlining the notes that need to be remembered while working with a thick blue pen makes it easier to remember the things read. I think many people have not thought about why blue colored pencils are preferred in the world. The writings written in blue pen take place in the memory more quickly and permanently. The light blue color, on the other hand, is relaxing in contrast to the dark blue. While blue and white colors cause sadness, light blue and green tones and pink colors have a calming and peaceful effect. In the personality analyzes of those who prefer the color blue, we see that these people are tolerant, tolerant, pro-conciliation and seek peace. They are at peace with their environment and themselves. They are content with little, they are patient and fortified. They are also very devoted. They should be careful as being very selfless for their family and friends can sometimes lead to abuse. The most ideal friendships and friendships can be established with those who are fond of the color blue. Red… It symbolizes concepts such as heat, fire, blood, lust, love, intimacy, power, excitement and aggression. It can increase blood pressure and respiration. It has the effect of encouraging people to make quick decisions and increase expectations. Red is a striking color. Words and objects in red immediately attract people's attention. It is important that the red objects are perfect when decorating and designing. Because people will immediately notice these objects. Theft with red color on carsThere is a positive correlation between the rate of Research shows that most red cars are stolen. Red is a color that increases emotional intensity and invigorates. Red clothes can put a person in a free energetic mode of movement. We advise those who have difficulty in self-control to stay away from the color red. Red is a dominant color. It should be used for emphasis, not as a backdrop. The color red makes people forget time. That's why bars and casinos give weight to the color red. Red is the color of blood and has been the symbol of danger and destruction for centuries. This is why it is used as a 'stop' signal at traffic lights. Since it will not show the color of the contaminated blood in the operating rooms, red clothes should be used logically, while soothing blue and green colors are preferred. He is reactive when expressing his feelings. Leadership and leadership characteristics are immediately noticed by the society. He is enthusiastic and sometimes likes exaggerations. Yellow… Bright lemon yellow is the color that tires the eyes the most. At the same time, yellow color accelerates metabolism. If you paint the room bright yellow you will make babies cry and adults get angry . Also, a yellow-page notebook and a yellow background on the computer screen are not a good idea. It strains your brain and eyes. Yellow gives a feeling of brightness and warmth when used in small amounts. It symbolizes playfulness, brightness, sincerity and a relaxed attitude towards life. It is as inviting as a sunny day. Yellow is like sunlight, you want it there to feel good, but you don't want it to get in your eyes. In the case of pale yellow, it symbolizes decay, disease, envy and deceit. Therefore, the tones chosen are very important when it comes to yellow. In the personality analysis of those who prefer the color yellow; These people like to be free and independent. They like change. They can show a flirtatious and shy nature. They love to live the day to the fullest. They are full of life. They radiate energy around them. When they encounter a setback in their lives, they immediately enter a new rhythm. These people have a high level of persuasion skills. Being intellectual, managerial, ambition and assertive are its basic elements. However, if the features in yellow are exaggerated or in excess of yellow, their irresponsibility about themselves and the society becomes intolerable. His understanding of freedom, which is already hard to balance in society, may turn into absurdity. Green… It appears in relation to many concepts, the most powerful and universal of them is nature. Accordingly, it also symbolizes life, youth, renewal, hope and vigor. In some cultures, middle-aged brides wear green to symbolize fertility. Green is the most comfortable color for the eyes and improves eyesight. It is calming and has a natural effect on the nervous system. Getting people into green rooms before they go on TV can calm their excitement. Green is also a popular color in hospitals. Because it allows patients to relax. Green, different shades of color convey different messages. Dark Green: Expresses coldness, masculinity, conservatism and wealth. Emerald Green: Immortality. Olive green: Peace Yellowish green: It is the last color preferred by consumers. Green also symbolizes money in American culture. In the personality analysis of those who prefer green; it is seen that these people have a great sense of self-worth. They insist on what they know is right. He does not compromise his opinion. Truth is David. It is a chaser and a follower. He manages to impress those around him with his authority and credibility. Sometimes they can exaggerate and display a megalomaniacal arrogant personality. Black… It is a controversial color. On the one hand, it is considered with dark forces, crime and evil, on the other hand, it is associated with loyalty, perseverance, endurance, prudence, wisdom and reliability. On the one hand, it means rule and power, on the other hand, it means pain, grief and mourning. Black is the color of clothing for many people. Some use black to look strong and serious. Others prefer it because it looks weaker.

Don't be afraid to express your Feelings What a shame to hide your feelings. For yourself and your environment. yes yes let's admit it and continue these unintentional lies let's stop being ourselves. In fact, we do not start this habit with bad intentions. Our goal is to think about the person in front of us. I'm sorry, don't be sad, I'm sorry but it's not like that. We cannot stop being ourselves because others will be hurt and upset. This is a great injustice done to him. We must consider the strength of our own character before other people. If we move forward with a solid character, our success in life will come to us. It is not right to proceed in this way, we must proceed with careful steps. for example. Saying how you feel, expressing your thoughts and opinions, and even saying no will make you feel free and in control of your life. “I feel so bad about what they said to me but I didn't say it because I didn't want him to be angry”, “I can't tell my wife that I want to break up because I don't want to hurt her”. How many times have you stopped saying how you really feel? You stay silent because you are afraid of the reaction of others and you are afraid to show how you feel, but in the end it is you who feel bad. Say how you feel and you'll feel better. Other people cannot predict how you are feeling. Therefore, if you don't say what you think or how you feel, you will suffer. On the other hand, saying how you feel, presenting your opinion, and sometimes saying no will make you feel free and in control of your life. Being assertive means defending yourself. It's true that saying what you think can sometimes cause you fear and anxiety. But not saying what you think or feel can negatively affect your relationships with other people. So here are five reasons to say how you really feel. You will feel deeply liberated when you express your thoughts or feelings with respect, love, and compassion and release what worries or bothers you. Because not expressing your feelings is a burden and causes you to carry it on your back every day. It also harms your relationships with others without you even realizing it. An intimacy occurs when there are no more barriers between you because you have expressed everything you want to say. This is an intimacy where your trust is reinforced and your relationship thrives. This is because you already know how the other person is feeling, and it makes you feel calm and peaceful. When you hide what you think, you are actually hiding yourself. You create an invisible wall around you and no one can see how you really are. But by expressing your feelings with words, looks, hugs and kisses, you feel more alive. This is you. You no longer hide behind what you don't say and allow yourself to enjoy your feelings. On the other hand, if you don't show yourself as you really are, others will develop wrong ideas about you. What they will see is just an image. They will not see you as you really are. Therefore, they will not be able to truly appreciate you. When you learn to say no, to say how you feel, your communication with others moves to another dimension where everything is transparent and there is nothing to hide. An ascent where you will feel much more comfortable. Because you will no longer be afraid to express what your mind and body want. If you don't say how you feel, you create a discrepancy between what you truly are about yourself and what you show. However, when you learn to talk and verbalize what worries you, you will find consistency between your inner and outer appearance. Sometimes you ask yourself “I can't”, “I am not talented”, “What will other people think of me if I say what I want? Will he be angry with me?” You tend to say extremely negative things like All these thoughts affect how you feel and create a barrier between you and others. A barrier of unspoken words and unexpressed emotions. Try to replace all these negative thoughts for more positive statements. For example, “I will try. It doesn't matter if I fail, at least I've learned!” or “I'll say what I think respectfully but still be honest with myself!”

It is a word that is heard most of the time.I'M DEPRESSED! *****It is a word that is heard most of the time. I'M DEPRESSED!***** How does this psychological state in which the songs are written manage to attract people? What is this Depression? Is it an easy door to enter or are we pushing that door? Depression, a mood disorder, is a psychological illness that causes a person's quality of life to decline. In addition to a depressive mood that lasts throughout the day, loss of interest and desire, lack of pleasure, weight loss or increase, insomnia or increased sleep, slowed movements, fatigue, exhaustion, loss of energy, restlessness, feelings of worthlessness and guilt, difficulty focusing , indecisiveness, thoughts of harming oneself, the person may be depressed. But for it to be called depression, these symptoms must last more than two weeks. Have you ever wondered what causes clinical depression? Maybe you've been diagnosed with major depression, making you question why some people are depressed while others aren't. Depression is an extremely complex disorder. It occurs for many reasons. Some may become depressed during a serious illness, others due to life changes such as moving or the death of a loved one. Some have a family history of depression. There are also those who are depressed and feel sadness and loneliness for unknown reasons. Depression, which has different types, is mostly characterized by low mood and not being able to enjoy the action. Depression is caused by a combination of social, psychological and biological factors that can last for weeks or even years. Factors such as childhood traumas, loss of parents at an early age, divorce, unemployment, anxiety disorders, substance and alcohol use can lead to the emergence of depression. Previous experiences make people biologically susceptible to certain stressors. According to the cognitive approach, we develop basic and core beliefs about ourselves, the world, and others throughout our youth. As time passes, these core beliefs begin to influence our thinking and our approach to certain events. For example, if children are constantly told that they are not good at sports, they will develop such a view of themselves. Because they think like this, they will stay away from sports and they will not be able to improve themselves in this regard and this thought will be reinforced. These children will continue to stay away from sports when they become adults, they will give up because they think it will look funny or fail when they think about trying again. Such early acquired beliefs have powerful effects on people's feelings and behavior later in life. Major depression is actually a word that describes a person's mood. However, since it is also used to describe a psychiatric disorder, it has evolved into a disease over time. When the term depressive is used for an individual, it is necessary to understand that that person is in a mental depression. In daily life, everyone can feel unhappy, sad or even pessimistic from time to time. Major depression is actually a disease that affects the brain. Chemical imbalance in certain parts of the brain reveals the disease. Depression is not a personality trait or "disruption" state as some think. It should not be seen as a simple situation that one can handle on their own. Depression is seen in 20% of women, 5% of men and 5% of adolescents. Research on depression, which has recently attracted attention as a common illness, reveals that approximately 1% of people experience major depression at some point in their lives. Antidepressants, which regulate the amount of chemical substances called serotonin and noradrenaline, are frequently used in the treatment of this disease. In some cases, anxiolytics (anxiety relievers), antipsychotics (used for psychotic symptoms or as a treatment enhancer), thyroid hormone, lithium can be used. Some severe cases are treated as an inpatient. Apart from this, psychotherapy (especially cognitive behavioral psychotherapy) has an important place in the treatment of depression. However, this therapy method is not the only option and other therapy methods may be preferred in appropriate cases. Occupations that the person enjoys and increase their functionality also provide benefits in treatment. So Can Depression Be Prevented? One should choose a lifestyle in which he feels functional. It is beneficial for people who have difficulties in their lives to get support from their relatives in order to cope with these difficulties, and if there is not enough support in this regard, it will be useful to get expert help. In addition to business life, paying attention to the vacation periods when the person takes a break and taking time for himself reduces the risk of depression. Regular drug use in patients with recurrent depression is also important in preventing depression. The way a person interprets life (past, present, future) can also cause depression. Therefore, therapies, especially cognitive behavioral therapy, have an important role in addressing one's world of thought and making the necessary changes or stretches. I wish all readers a life free from depression and stress. Goodbye....

Therapeutic Power of Books... Hello! A book is a deep well, a vast sea, a lonely city, a vast sky. A book is a faithful companion, a compass that points in the right direction. Unfortunately, the habit of reading books, which is tried to be instilled since childhood, cannot be sustained by everyone. Not everyone can recognize this beautiful feeling. When I'm bored, the first thing that comes to my mind is reading a book, because the silence of the book heals me more than people's voices. When I'm sleep deprived, it's like my bedside book sings me a lullaby, I fall into a deep sleep because it calms my soul. These are the habits that are good for me that I noticed by myself, but do you know that the book is a treatment method in psychology? Book Treatment Short for "bibliotherapy" Goals of Book Therapy: To enable the person to understand their emotional problems, To be able to hold a mirror to the mental state he is in. To help him overcome the situations that create incompatibility with life, Information finds you when you need it! Your adventure begins when you meet the book that will meet your needs! Bibliotherapy says, “As soon as you pick up the right book, you actually start to heal yourself! The main theme of this therapy is that the individual solves the issues that he has difficulty in confronting in this world he enters by reading, through the determined techniques. Most of the time, individuals can make successful applications with videos and similar materials as well as books. As soon as the person can establish a dynamic relationship with the book, the therapeutic process begins, where the person begins a sincere process where he does not feel threatened. This process has three stages; Identification and reflection, Purification, relaxation, “peace felt through the discharge of the excitement felt by going down to the emotions of the traumatic events and remembering them again” Insight, integration preparation phase; In order for these processes to work properly, it is important to get a book recommendation from an expert or, if there is no such chance, to examine the professional expertise of the author. Also, it is not necessarily thought that popular names succeed in spelling. Because although it is not popular in the field of education-psychology, it should be kept in mind that there are academicians who have devoted their years to this work! In order for the person to understand himself during the bibliotherapy treatment process, It is aimed to be able to “manage their emotions”. For this, it is aimed to "recognize his feelings, know what he feels, live his inner life correctly, know what he wants". In the bibliotherapy treatment process, the person may come face to face with the emotional problems that he defines as a problem. Every problem he faces can create positive changes and developments. With the Management of Emotions; He will experience coping with emotional problems that may arise at any moment, and will pave the way for him to approach problems in different ways. He will be able to treat his emotional injuries. Because he will discover feelings that he was not aware of. In the bibliotherapy process, sometimes a person can discover some of his feelings. The individual, who finds the feelings that he cannot name and learns that these feelings can be met in line with his needs, can get positive results as a result of therapy. The bibliotherapy process is a treatment approach in which many problems can be resolved psychologically. By realizing that they are not alone in many problems, it also helps individuals approach a solution without isolating themselves from the outside world. Thank you for reading.

Have you thought about how emotions affect our body? Although the human body is built on an extremely perfect balance, unfortunately there are many things that are affected by it. It is physically affected by blows, pains, injuries and sometimes reacts to emotional changes. What kind of mechanism is this that the interaction between the heart and the brain causes some changes in our body. Anger, anxiety, fear, disappointment… These are just a few of the things that come to mind when it comes to negative emotions. We are human and we have feelings. Just as our soul and brain feel it when we experience positive emotions and keep us vigorous, negative emotions and thoughts affect our souls badly. The hormonal balance of the body is disturbed, a cycle that prevents the production of hormones necessary for happiness and harms the immune system becomes inevitable, and as a result, happiness does not occur. Chronic stress can occur. This situation can be dangerous enough to negatively affect our quality of life. The connection between our mind and our body has been known for a long time. This close connection includes such a strong connection that it has a place in our language even in some expressions that we use in our daily life, such as "to come to your heart", "butterflies flying in your stomach" or "to be out of breath". Many scientific studies also explain the relationship between emotion and body. When the literature on this subject is examined, there are important findings that the frequency of negative emotions affects the healing process of any disease. This is information that shows us the connection between physiological well-being and psychological well-being. Our emotions occur in the limbic system, located at the back of the brain, as a result of the stimuli we perceive with our five basic sense organs. Our emotions, which are formed in the limbic system just above the brain stem, leave the brain stem and are transmitted to our entire body through nerve cells along the spinal cord. As can be seen, throughout this process from the emergence of our emotions to their expression, mind and body work together and intertwined. *Stress Response and Negative Emotions* Studies on the hormone cortisol in our body have helped us to realize the connection between our emotions and our body more clearly. This hormone, secreted from the adrenal glands, is responsible for many regulatory functions such as blood pressure and blood sugar balance, protection of immune function and prevention of inflammation. In addition, when we encounter any danger, by raising our blood sugar; It provides enough energy for us to respond to a fight or flight response in the face of a threat. In addition, negative emotions such as fear, anxiety and sadness also increase the release of cortisol by creating a stress response in our body. Therefore, during intense negative emotions; Although it is not a real threat, because it is kept active all the time, our body may become tired and the amount of energy that the hormone cortisol spares for tasks such as regulating immune functions may decrease. As a result, for example; the physical wounds we receive may heal later or some inflammation may occur in our body. There may even be increased risk of heart disease. Our psychological well-being, as well as our physiological immunity, can be affected by persistent or acute stress or negative emotions. Anxiety and depression problems are among the possible negative consequences for our mental health. Our body is particularly prone to listen to the responses generated by negative emotions. It is possible to explain this situation with evolutionary mechanisms. Thanks to the survival instinct it has, our body tends to take into account the negative situations that occur in its environment or itself since ancient times. In this way, we can keep ourselves alert to any risk factor and eliminate it in a short time. *Positive Emotions and Healthy Living* Although it is possible to get rid of the effects of stress or negative emotions with physical and psychological treatment opportunities, experiencing positive emotions or relationships is important in terms of increasing our mental and physiological resilience. They both help reduce stress and strengthen our immune system, and can contribute to behaviors associated with a healthy life. When did your Soul Start to get dirty? Have you ever thought about how a baby is born pure and clean and how it gets dirty over time? Can we talk about the filth of an unborn person? Can we call a baby scum in the womb of its unborn mother? Our soul is actually born in all its purity. But we humans are driven into bad thoughts. But is every soul unclean? Isn't it possible to keep the soul clean? Can't we touch and clean our soul like our body? Can we keep our soul as clean as our car or clothes? Moreover, we do not have a chance to get a new soul! More or less all of us regularly clean or have someone clean the things we own or use. Our clothes, our house, our room, our closet, our kitchen, our various personal belongings, our car, our environment, our body, etc. Like everything we use, they get dirty in a while and it becomes necessary to clean them. Of course, we may not all show the same care and diligence in this matter, but in the end, it is cleaned somehow. This process makes them look newer, more useful, healthier, more efficient, longer-lasting and better-looking. For many of us, these possessions are very valuable and we pay special attention to their cleaning and care. There are even those of us who go to extremes in this regard. What about our soul, do we give it the same care? Our possessions are not just physical things. We also have a soul. Just like the physical things we have, impurities occur in our souls; Needs maintenance and cleaning. There may be those who think or defend that there is a self-cleaning system that works automatically in the working mechanism of our soul. But if this were the case or if this system worked for everyone, no one should have a problem with their soul, and they should always feel good, happy, peaceful, peaceful and always in positive emotions in every situation. The events that polluted his soul would not leave any residue behind, and in a short time the person would feel spiritually pure. But unfortunately, even if we accept the existence of such a system, we cannot talk about a system that works perfectly. In this case, the task falls to the head, we have to clean our polluted soul ourselves or have it cleaned when we are insufficient. If we try to answer the question of how to clean the soul; First of all, we should know that this will not happen with water, detergent or various cleaning materials, more special and different methods should be used. But before the cleaning phase, we need to realize the pollution, because it is not visible to the naked eye like the pollution of an object, but it is the dirt that can be seen with the spiritual eye. If our spiritual eye sees well, it's okay, but if not, we only notice this contamination when it starts to cause a malfunction. Then cleaning becomes more difficult of course. In order to understand pollution, we need to be sensitive to our own feelings and thoughts and be able to recognize and define the negative emotions we experience. For example, we need to be able to recognize and define our negative emotions such as anger, anxiety, fear, sadness, hatred, jealousy, shame, guilt and the like that occur in our souls, as well as perceiving their severity and intensity. This first phase requires some exercise (almost every day) so that we can become more sensitive so that we can see the contamination in our souls. After detecting the contamination, we can move on to the cleaning phase. At this stage, the first thing we need to do in short and simple; Trying to find our thoughts or ways of thinking that cause negative emotions, which we have just defined in order to see the contamination, and when we find this chain again, that is; To make a brief analysis of the event experienced › the negative thought it creates in us › by reviewing the stages of negative emotion caused by this thought, and by honestly reconsidering our way of perceiving the event. Doing so will activate the spiritual cleansing system and will largely, if not completely, remove the daily contamination of our spirit. In addition to these suggested, there may be many other helpful ways to help us cleanse our spirit; for example, worship, meditation, spiritual pursuits, sports, artistic pursuits, etc. Everyone can find many helpful ways according to their interests, manners and abilities. He can create his own cleaning formulas. I think he should even share these formulas with others. The important thing is to accept that there is physical pollution as well as spiritual pollution and make an effort to clean it. However, there may be impurities remaining in our souls even though we do and apply them, or there may be impurities that have formed somewhere in the past and have caused or caused serious blockages and deterioration, and these may be preventing the healthy functioning of the spiritual mechanism. Sometimes these can be pretty stubborn dirt. Sometimes we may be wandering in a mud field all the time. In these cases, our personal cleaning efforts may not be sufficient or we may not have the appropriate cleaning tools. Then, without hesitation, he should get support from professionals who are experts in spiritual cleansing; we should want to be healthier, happier, more productive and cleaner. For a better life.

Does uncertainty worry you too? Are we the ones who sit down and plan the day when we wake up in the morning, or are we the ones who get out of bed and let it flow? Although some of us keep up with the surprises of life, some of us cannot achieve success in this regard. Our worries get in the way. Think about how the world came crashing down upon us when we received the news of the sudden illness of a loved one. We are waiting for a word from the doctor's mouth, here is the end of uncertainty.. Anxiety begins, the fear of losing envelops our body. Or imagine that one day, major earthquakes choose where you live, or that we receive news of the death of a loved one. While living life, we are in an uncertainty as the hours pass. The flow of life can disrupt our plans in an instant. It takes a lot out of us when we don't have a strong psyche. Uncertainty is one of the most important factors that put people under stress and worry, and the world we live in is full of uncertainties. Even if we are stuck between two options, we do not know exactly what our choice will bring us and what kind of consequences it will have. We have predictions, but still these predictions cannot go beyond probability. Even meteorology tells us that it will rain with a certain probability as a result of its observations, but this probability never reaches 100%. We don't know what will happen next. Uncertainty means experiencing the unknown, and this often creates a feeling of anxiety. Experiencing the unknown due to the individual's perceived lack of knowledge contributes to uncertainty; this can impair a person's ability to prepare for the future productively and increase their vulnerability to anxiety. The flow of life can disrupt our plans in an instant. It takes a lot from us when we don't have a strong psyche. Life evolves for each of us in a ebb and flow. The process is universal, but the specific form it must take is unique to each individual. When you encounter one of those seismic shifts that changed your world, it may not make any sense and be independent of an identifiable solution or concrete cause. Yet we are also standing at a crossroads where we have never been before. As challenging as it may be, this is an opportunity to become more consciously aware and open to our experiences. It is an important opportunity to practice enduring the ambivalence created by uncertainty and ignorance. Are you intolerant of uncertainty? Intolerance of uncertainty is the tendency to react negatively to an uncertain event or situation, regardless of the likelihood of that event/situation occurring and its associated consequences. A person with a high intolerance of uncertainty will view an uncertain situation as more disturbing than someone with a low intolerance of uncertainty. Individuals with a high level of intolerance of uncertainty see possible negative events in the future as unacceptable and threatening. These people may have some negative beliefs about uncertainty and its effects. When an uncertain situation occurs, they may have a strong belief that it could result in disaster. Studies have provided evidence that intolerance to uncertainty may have two dimensions. The first is the cognitive-oriented dimension of uncertainty intolerance and refers to the perceived threat of future uncertainty (“Unforeseen events make me very sad.”). The second is the behavior-oriented dimension of intolerance to uncertainty and refers to behavioral symptoms that indicate anxiety stemming from uncertainty (“The slightest doubt can prevent me from taking action.”). Each of the dimensions of intolerance of uncertainty has been associated with different anxiety disorder symptoms. As the level of intolerance to uncertainty increases, the probability of experiencing distress and stress increases and this negatively affects psychological well-being. There are studies showing that generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, social anxiety, depression, panic disorder and eating disorders are associated with intolerance to uncertainty. Intolerance to uncertainty significantly reduces the functionality and quality of life of the individual. What can be done about intolerance of uncertainty? 1. Uncertainty is part of life. Although we are uncomfortable with uncertainty and try to control uncertain situations, this is not always possible. There are things in life that we can and cannot control. The best thing to do for situations we cannot control is to try to accept them. The admissions process is not an easy one, but it can be learned over time. The uncertainty about whether exams will be postponed during the pandemic period has been worrying for many students. However, when we think about it, we do not have the control of determining the exam date. Therefore, instead of worrying about the exam date, it is a better way to try to regulate our anxiety level by realizing that this situation is not under our control. 2. Uncertainty does not mean negative results. Sometimes people think that uncertainty will always have a negative return. However, this point of view is biased. An uncertain situation can have many consequences; Some of these may be positive and some may be negative. However, the probability of positive or negative consequences is actually equal. Let's approach the situation neither on the positive nor on the negative side. Let's try to address that situation from a neutral place, right in the middle of both. Because only then can we make a realistic assessment. 3. Realize that thoughts are just thoughts. Not every thought turns into action, we don't have to react to every thought. Let some thoughts come to your mind and go. 4. Experiencing the unknown can sometimes be difficult, but it can enable us to discover new experiences that we can love and that will be good for us. In this case, the payoff for tolerating uncertainty will be high.
