My chef at heart sister took over the kitchen today and she prepared cheesy baked bangus (milk fish) She tried it out yesterday (first time) and received a really great feedback from us, so she decided to have it as our lunch for today. If you could only smell it right now, makes me feel hungry already! But I need to fetch Yuri first🙂 Want some noisemates?

Your cheesy baked bangus looks great. While traveling in the Philippines, one of my favorite fish is the bangus. Even though it is a simple, non-luxury fried bangus fish, it is very tasty.
