Plant more

In our small space in the city, I have several plants that I maintain and grow like veggies, cactus and succulents and some ornamental plants. During lockdown, I got the chance to plant more that I used plastic bottles and plant different kinds of vegetables like tomatoes, bell pepper and even water spinach. All were successful and even harvested thrice before we went home to our beloved province. When we came home, I started collecting ornamental plants from our neighbors. They are generous enough that I already have several types and now my garden is full. My passion and love for plants grows even more each day especially when I saw new sprout of leaves coming out. I am inspired to plant more and more. I have a very supportive family, they never stop buying pots and plants. And sometimes when they go elsewhere, when they arrived home they have plants with them and hand the over to me for propagation.

I came to love variegated ones, their two-toned color of green and white or green and yellow fascinates me. It's just that I don't know all their names yet. Even before lockdown started I already have this little advocacy, 'Plant more' and I am glad that I see in different platforms that more and more people are now plant enthusiasts.

And look, this is my mother's farmville. Lot's of veggies that we are now enjoying. We eat fresh produce, saved a lot and even make mother nature happy; very happy.
