Vigan at night. Lots of people already hanging out, dining in groups, no social distancing but everyone is still required to wear face mask. There were vendors selling balloons and toys that attracts children. The city is so alive again! This horse parked just in front of our window and so I grabbed this chance to take a photo. It looks gorgeous! Anyway, how's your day noisemates? Me, I was busy all day watching over the kids that I noticed just tonight that we have an invite from a friend who is celebrating a birthday today.
