Teach them young
Kids are natural wanderer, explorer and fast learner. The words, actions and values we instill them will linger in their minds and will form part of how they will be as they grow up. I have a 5-year old daughter and a nephew who is 1-year old. They treat each other as true siblings; sweet, caring and very protective of each other. As kids, sometimes they get jealous of one another which I think is hard to remove from them as we as adults are sometimes like that. But we always remind them to avoid being jealous as it's not good. They should always share with their toys, food and even in knowledge. Teaching them is exciting and challenging at the same time. Sometimes our patience is challenged and I will not deny that sometimes I lost my temper and I ended up guilty and crying. Seeing kids crying easily melts someone's heart but we should stand firm and not show them those because they need to learn as well. Everyday I also learn from these kids. I learn how to be more humble, to extend my patience, to always smile and to say sorry more often. I think that's the reason why I feel more energized everyday because I have these two as my happy pill. Still a long journey but I won't quit, I will not surrender. I will strive to be a good example for these two and mold them as better individuals and who knows maybe a good leaders someday. Thanks for reading.

It's hard to keep your cool when you have little kids at home.. in our case here, we have 4 kids and a baby.. each has their own personality and when they start having tantrums, OMG! Sometimes you feel like won't last a day. 😁😁
Hello sis, yes, they are stubborn sometimes
