The most beautiful roof in Zagreb. A little about my city Zagreb. Everyone describes those cities of theirs. Here I am. Born and raised in it, but I don’t think it’s the most beautiful. The roof of the church of St. Marka is certainly the most beautiful roof of Zagreb's churches. On its left side there are three old Croatian coats of arms - red and white fields represent Croatia, three tiger heads on a blue background Dalmatia, the blue line represents the river Sava, our longest river, and below it is the coat of arms of Slavonia, in which the figure of the kuna is drawn. beasts from our Slavonian forests, after which our currency was named. To the right is the old coat of arms of the City of Zagreb, which shows four gates that existed in Zagreb, of which only one remains today, Kamenita. The door on the coat of arms is symbolically open, which meant that anyone who comes with good intentions, ie a good heart, is welcome in Zagreb. On the right is a six-pointed star that symbolizes the thirst for knowledge, ie that young people in Zagreb like to learn, while on the left is a crescent, which means that the coat of arms was made at a time when peace reigned, when there was no war. Najljepši zagrebački krov. Malo o mome gradu Zagreb. Svi opisuje te svoje gradove. Eto moga. Rođena i odrasla u njemu, ali ne smatram da je najljepši. Krov crkve sv. Marka sigurno je najljepši krov zagrebačkih crkava. S njegove lijeve strane nalaze se tri stara hrvatska grba – crveno-bijela polja predstavljaju Hrvatsku, tri tigrovske glave na plavoj podlozi Dalmaciju, plava crta predstavlja rijeku Savu, našu najdužu rijeku, a ispod nje je grb Slavonije, u kojeg je ucrtan lik kune, zvjerke iz naših slavonskih šuma, po kojoj je naša novčana jedinica dobila naziv. Desno je šesterokraka zvijezda koja simbolizira žeđ za znanjem, odnosno da mladi Zagrepčani vole učiti, dok je lijevo polumjesec, što znači da je grb izrađen u vrijeme kada je vladao mir, kada nije bilo rata.
