I hope you are not at the table right now ... :) One of the manifestations of my infection was diarrhea. If you don't fight it right away and drink plenty of clean water, your intestines will be able to flush well.

Pour very hot water into a basin and dissolve dry mustard in it. Put your feet in the basin and cover with a blanket. Drink plenty of lukewarm, acidic water. Colds will pass, be healthy :)
