Any suggestion for the least painful way (I mean least costly, of course) to convert some Ethereum in a hardware wallet into bitcoin cash? I want to pay minimum fees, and have a reliable channel to do so. Right now I see the option to send Ethereum to an exchange and then convert to BCH there. That currently seems to have 2-3 USD costs for sending the Ethereum. Any better? #Cryptocurrency
