Hmm, not sure what's going on.. I was so happy to have reached 1 BNB to achieve level 2 for Binance card cashback, but now that I started to use it the cashback has actually been either refused or paid out only at level 1. Since yesterday trying to work out with them what's wrong. First I had a junior agent, not very helpful, he transferred to a senior one, immediately acknowledging something was going on, then transferred me to their "card team" and now I am waiting. What is particularly fishy is that I have had an averave over 1 BNB holding for a month now, but since yesterday's exchange it has gone down below 1 BNB, whereas I haven't withdrawn or lowered my BNB holdings in the last 30 days. I find this extremely intriguing. Anybody else got similar experiences? Edit: they explained in the end that some of their finance solutions do not count towards the average and that the value shown is only approximate. So Launchpool for instance does not count, whereas Vault and savings is fine. a bit complex, but a reasonable explanation. #Binance
