Covid19- daily life and technology advancement
How is the covid19 pandemic affect to your daily life? For us staying in Singapore, first thing is everyone must wear mask when you step out from your house. For company wise, Covid19 also bring some technology advancement also. To avoid hands touch on button and spread, toilet hand soap dispenser and tap change to sensor type. No contact to the common touch area (but door handler still manual , haha)
In and out company need to scan QR code, this code is applied to whole country, for all malls, workplaces, and places with crowd. The Authority wants to keep track of everybody should there any new cases of covid19 patients, close contact to be detected and isolated.
Even across the different office buildings, also need to scan in and out each entry internally... So everyday i scanned for more than 10 times - just the time be in office.
They even deploy robot dog to watch people that are going to parks for jogging, now still pilot run trial. Once it's successful , then will deploy to other places. (I've been to parks two times to look for this robot dog, but not to avail.. not sure where & when they deploy) Last but not least, everywhere in Singapore deploying the 1 meter social distance, public bus capacity also cut to half , where passengers are not allowed to sit side by side by distance out.
