Happy September everyone and it feels like December already here in the Philippines. Almost 4 months to welcome the season. Where there are a lot of Christmas decors from the store. It's a happy feeling to welcome the spirit of Christmas and it's inspiring.

I had a busy day yesterday. But spending time with hubby because it's his day off. We had a movie date at home. Just watching an action movies. And it keeps my heart pound everytime there's a chasing scenes. Just woke up from my second sleep I'll go back to sleep again.

My Sunday yesterday was a tough one but it ended beautifullly. The help I asked from the soc med authorities respond the way I want to hear from them. And my back pain slowly by slowly getting healed. Thank you God for always at my side. Anyways just woke up from my sleep. I hope I could go back to sleep.

I haven't uploaded here earlier I had a busy morning routine. Back pain and menstrual cramps it's not a joke during period. But it's my third time experienced this painful. And this one takes a bit longer duration I'm praying to stop the pain. Because I can't move freely I have to watch my move first to not catch the pain. Anyways Happy Sunday Everyone

I had a difficult night because I have my monthly period and it's overwhelming I hope it will stopped already. I have my hormonal imbalance and everytime I have my period it's not normal. And I had a difficulty sleeping maybe because I drink too much soda this afternoon. I don't think if it's true that you can't sleep taking them in the afternoon or evening. I have a busy Sunday I just seated for a busy house chores. And I have a back pain due to my period. When I took some supplement vitamin C with Calcium it lessen the pain. I don't if it has something to do with it. Anyways Have a blessed Sunday everyone.
