Lewl. To be fair, The Simpsons is older than I am, which means they've made up many stories, of which many will "sort of" seem similar to certain issues that happened and will happen in real life. The "happened" part is important to remember here; as the corona situation is not the first time in human history a foreign flu spread to other countries.
