A world full of distractions after all. At this time many people certainly missed or forgot about John Perry Barlow and his Declaration of the Independence of Cyberspace back in 1996. What a great chance to be reminded of rights and privileges, that are contradicted constantly by news media outlets eventually leading to bad decisions at ballots. https://www.eff.org/cyberspace-independence I find John Perry's text not as much to be a declaration, as it may be a simple observation and description of the powers that be. Any regulation, and those will sure follow in some provinces on this planet, will only help to advance this independence. And that's not my hope or wish, but only my observation as well.
