Update to https://noise.cash/post/1z86kv34 #deutsch unten We had our hoped for and deserved spaghetti ice cream today. After whipping cream and mixing a sauce of sugar-free strawberry jam, my wife grated some white chocolate. The potato ricer offers three different inserts. I had assumed the ice cream was too firm to use the small holes. But far from it. However, I had left it with the "dreadlocks" this time nevertheless. Everything that costs time, lets the ice melt. And so only under the first portion of ice cream the cream was comparatively strongly frozen. In the ice cream parlor there is an unequal advantage, which I had not considered: The prepared portions can be put down under the refrigerated counter! Admittedly, I can't offer that without a large freezer and enough space in it. But it could be worth it. 😉 The ice cream has nevertheless tasted to all very much! Nachdem ich Sahne geschlagen und eine Soße aus zuckerfreier Erdbeerkonfitüre angerührt hatte, rieb meine Frau noch Weiße Schokolade. Die Kartoffelpresse bietet drei verschiedene Einsätze. Ich hatte angenommen das Eis ist zu fest, um die kleinen Löcher zu nutzen. Doch weit gefehlt. Ich hatte es diesmal jedoch dennoch bei den "Dreadlocks" belassen. Alles was Zeit kostet, lässt das Eis schmilzen. Und so war die Sahne nur unter dem ersten Eis vergleichsweise stark gefrohren. In der Eisdiele gibt es einen ungleichen Vorteil, den ich nicht bedacht hatte: Die zubereiteten Portionen lassen sich unter der Kühltheke abstellen! Das kann ich freilich ohne großen Gefrierschrank und ausreichend Platz darin nicht bieten. Doch es könnte sich lohnen. 😉 Das Eis hat dennoch allen sehr geschmeckt! Notiert fürs nächste Mal: Kleine Öffnungen, mehr Soße, und unbedingt wieder Weiße Schokolade!
