Let's talk about Omega 3 #deutsch unten These two capsules contain oil. I do not care what I need it for. I am just fine with it. The one, however, is extremely advanced in quality. It is available in a variant with fish and one without (vegan). The other is part of the pack I was given by a very good friend that I am currently given for a taste. When I take it without a meal, within the next half hour, I lightly burp once or twice with the taste of fish. This is understandable, but I do not like it. So I take it with a meal and all is good. Even when I forgot to take it before, it still worked half an hour later with no taste of fish. The other one I can take without a meal, and although as a fish oil variant, I don't taste fish then, but herbs. This was strange the first time it happened to me. However, I like it just fine compared to fish flavor. That's how subtle the differences in products can be. Whether the quality is worth its price is ultimately a completely different question, which I will now deliberately leave open. Es geht mir gut damit. Die eine jedoch ist qualitativ extrem hoch entwickelt. Sie ist erhältlich in einer Variante ohne Fisch (vegan) und einer mit. Die andere ist Teil des Packs, das ich von einer sehr guten Freundin geschenkt bekam, das ich derzeit probieren darf. Wenn ich es ohne Mahlzeit einnehme, stoße ich innerhalb der nächsten halben Stunde ein, zwei Mal leicht mit Geschmack von Fisch auf. Das ist verständlich, doch es gefällt mir nicht. Ich nehme es also zu einer Mahlzeit ein und alles ist gut. Sogar als ich das vorher mal vergessen hatte, ging das auch eine halbe Stunde später noch ohne Fischgeschmack. Die andere kann ich auch ohne Mahlzeit einnehmen, und obwohl als Fischölvariante, schmecke ich dann keinen Fisch, sondern Kräuter. Das war seltsam, als es mir das erste Mal passierte. Doch ich kann es gut leiden, im Vergleich zu Fischgeschmack. So fein können die Unterschiede bei Produkten sein. Ob die Qualität seinen Preis wert ist, ist letztlich eine ganz andere Frage, die ich hier nun bewusst offen lassen will.
