Noise has a hick-up? That's seldom. I hope it is promisng finding nice features like private channels, though I fear it'll suck resources. Usually not all improvements in social media are betterings. I noticed it when I wanted to comment a post by NBTV. Is was not posted and when repeated the spam detection went in even without it being sent at first.
