I've been working in front of computers for nearly two decades, but I only got my prescription glasses 5 years ago. Since then, I've had to go to my opthalmologist once a year to see if I needed to change the grade of my eyeglasses and correct my astigmatism The opthalmologist also advised me on a few things that I always forget: 1.) Always wear your prescription glasses. 2.) Avoid reading or using cellphones while lying down. 3.) Take a 30-second break every hour while working by closing your eyes. Apologies for the blurry photo. I was not wearing glasses when I took this photo.hehe By the way, the red thing is anti-slip that I bought from Shopee because this eyeglass keeps slipping even after the screw has been adjusted.
