How should we deal with people who constantly criticize others? those individuals who are simply waiting for you to make a mistake so they can take it against you , and those who are dissatisfied with your accomplishments... All I can think about is ignoring them, which is difficult because I have to deal with them everyday. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..
