This massive squid is for sale in the market. The fish vendor offering it for a lower price but nobody want to buy it. They think after cooking and when you chew it's like a rubber. That's what in my mind as well.

Wow this is fish's it's looks something so different to watched
Some chef have their own way of cooking it to avoid becoming rubbery. For us, we sometimes get it cooked properly but sometimes it really becomes rubbery.
