Very late breakfast. Actually, I think this qualifies as lunch already. Maybe brunch just to cover both. This is a regular breakfast fare though. Make no mistake about it. Crispy fried dilis (anchovies), fried rice with scrambled egg toppings plus a dipping sauce of cubed tomatoes, salted eggs, with spicy vinegar.
