Kalamay Sa Latik Good day fellow noisers. My snack yesterday - kalamay. This is my favorite. I drink the sweet syrup which is made of palm sugar. Of course, the kalamay itself is made from sweet glutinous rice. It is usually topped with toasted coconut oil with toasted coconut cream curd called latik. This was actually a gift for me. I had helped someone with some documents and assisted the person with processing some claims of hers. She hails from the province known for kalamay sa latik. She gave me eight tubs.
