Sisig for dinner. This is a traditional Filipino dish. Usually it is bar chow but it has made its way to the dining table. It usually uses minced pork meat but the original recipe calls for pork ears and cheeks. This is actually prepared by a college buddy of mine. She plans to sell it every weekend and she gave me two orders to try it out. It is delicious. Just the right amount of spiciness. I ate one order as is and kept the second one in the fridge. Will prepare it tomorrow as a sizzling dish with fresh egg and more chili. What's for dinner fellow noisers? #Food
