This was the scene earlier in the day. The rains caused long traffic jams along EDSA. An office mate of mine who lives down south experienced this first hand. She had been on the road for three hours already and she is nowhere our office. I'm working from home today so I need not brave the rain or the traffic. My officemate decided not to push through going to work and asked if she can stay here at my place and work here instead. Of course, I agreed and waited for her downstairs in the lobby. Her shift just ended and now she is waiting for her parents to pick her up. Seems she will still be here for another hour or so.
