Prison Ramen I have office colleagues who are foodies as well. Twice this week, we had what they called prison ramen. No idea why they called it that but it was delicious, filling, and affordable. So this is just the regular noodles cooked as usual but other ingredients like crispy pork rind, chicken sausage, hard boiled eggs, seaweed wraps, and sesame oil were added. There was also some spicy garlic paste that was added. You basically get a portion of the noodles and add whatever toppings you want.
