What's up fellow noisers? Been awhile since I made a post. Just been busy with the work that I have. Anyway, found a new favorite snack. This is hopia with custard cream and yema filling. So hopia is a flaky bread usually filled with pork, mung bean, or purple ya. These two variations are different since it has custard cream and yema. Best served when heated so that the custard cream and the yema filling is melted. Anyone else tried this? #foodtrip #hopia #snacks

Haven't tried that brand. Polland and Holland are among my favorite brands and eng bee tin too.
Yup, those are the commercial and main stream brands.
And I do miss those brands. I miss Ongpin, I miss, Binondo and I also miss mamonluk siopao.
I miss the food walking tours in Binondo.
How I love the pato miswa and the veggie lumpia.
