Good day fellow noisers. Coming from my rest days so I was able to prepare breakfast today. Decided to have some eggplant mixed with ground pork and egg plus fried dried fish. The food went well with fried rice and a dipping sauce of spicy vinegar. Here in the Philippines, we call the eggplant dish 'tortang talong' while the two fried fish variants are 'tuyo' and 'danggit'.
