What's happening?
I haven't posted anything in here for a couple of weeks now. Haven't even wrote a single word on my notebook and I couldn't even look at my phone for long hours without having nausea. I really don't know what's happening to my body now. I keep on telling myself that it's okay so I ride my bike everyday to ease whatever it is that I'm feeling. But with extra precautions 'cause I feel nausea still even when I'm on my bike or on the move.
The other day was the strongest. I felt the world spinning so fast and I can see the wall running in circles in my eyes. What the heck is wrong with me?
Last night I thought I wouldn't feel it again, but oh God it happened again! 😟
I felt dizzy again and I crawled out to the floor going to my bed. I almost didn't make it to my bed but thanks to my dog, she never left my side.
I don't really know what is happening to me and my body. I know my eyes are perfect and I don't think I have COVID cause I've been very careful and all.
What's wrong? What's happening?
Never give up
When you're drowning in your own tears
And no one's there to wipe them dear
Learn to swim and gasp for air
Always carry a hanky and your spare
When nobody hears the words you say
And people tend to ignore your stay
Be strong enough to pave the way
Walk like you know everything in the way
When the night's blinding your eyes, I say
Never give up and do your best, hey
Trust in your heart should always be there
And never forget to say your prayer
Fear
What is fear? I can't really describe it and I can't even define it with just one word.
But I think it is an emotion we can't control. Something we hide from others 'cause we're afraid that they might laugh at us and use it against us.
It is deep, hurtful, nerve-wracking, palm-sweating,and it's one of the things that piss me off. Why? 'Cause no matter how hard we try to fight fear, it still manages to consume us and make us weak.
Fear is powerful. It can either mold us and be the better version of ourselves or if we let it eat us, it will destroy us completely.
We all CAN manage fear. We CAN make a way to handle it properly. We all CAN fight off fear. Don't let it kill us physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Cold night
The waves of the seas
That's crashing to the rocks
Are what I wanna sea
In this cold dark night
The whispers of the wind
That soothes my mind and brain
Are what I wanna hear
In this heavy rain
The hugs and warm smiles
That touches my very heart
Are what I wanna feel
'Cause I'm loosing my insights
Pandemic Effect
Last year has been so hard, not just for me but for everyone as well. Every actions were stopped abruptly. All companies and businesses were forced to close. I lost my job and up until now I couldn't find one. Streets became quiet all of a sudden. People got stucked at home, and even the richest ones in the world couldn't do a thing but stay at home. Millions got infected and the most heart-breaking is that many people died. 😟
This pandemic made us all isolated. It gave us space from everyone. Made us all feel like a prisoner of our own home. Made us far away from our loved ones and friends. Made us all scared, anxious, uncertain, paranoid and worried. Heck, I couldn't even visit my mother (who is alone in our home) because of the travel restrictions, and that made me worry the most.
But at the same time, this pandemic gave us time as well. Time to think. Time to heal. Time to love. Time to give. Time to care. And time for ourselves.
It also taught us that we all need a break. The grass got greener and the ocean got cleaner because there were no people littering and poisoning the nature. I realized that we got more thoughtful to others. We got more compassionate and giving. We became more thankful and grateful.
And most importantly, it taught me to believe that there is good in every bad. There is white in every black. And there are smiles even in the darkest times of our life.
