~August~ It's already August? π³ That's crazy. It means that one half of summer holidays is gone in Czech Republic and it also means that I'm going to start my first ever job as a teacher in 25 days! I'm not ready at all. π Here's a picture of one beautiful sunny day from a while ago.

~Consultation~ So, I'm having an unexpected consultation regarding my bachelor's thesis tomorrow. My professor called me on my phone. π³ I was so scared to pick up. π€£ He told me that he'll be in his office tomorrow morning and I should come to consult. He was surprisingly nice considering the fact that I didn't reach up to him since January. π€£π€£ I thought he will be angry at me but he had many personal problems, so I didn't want to disturb him. I will go but I'm happy with theβ¦

~The best conversation~ The consultation yesterday with my professor lasted 4 hours! It may seem like a long time but the time flew so fast when we were talking! I could talk for many hours more and be okay because honestly... it was one of the best conversations I've had in my life! π³ It helped me a lot, too. I never imagined I'd have such an incredible and interesting conversation with one of my professors. ππ I'm so glad I went! (picture of my university :))

~Waking up~ I have so much trouble waking up early... I'm probably going to die when my job will start in 3 weeks because I'll need to be up before 6 am. π Now I'm easily sleeping till 11 am. π€¦π I need to start setting an alarm from now on. β°π€¦ Do you also hate waking up early?

~Caloric bomb~ My today's lunch was complete caloric bomb. π Fries with fish fingers (both fried in oil) and tartar sauce. You can't see the sauce in the picture because the plate is too small. I had it on the side. π I know it's unhealthy (you can compare it to KFC or McDonald's) but it tastes soo good! and when you eat it occasionally, it doesn't matter. Plus I'm thin af so gaining weight doesn't bother me at all. π π I've never been the type to eat healthy. π

~Cuddles~ I'm sitting on a chair behind my computer and my bunny is out of her cage. Suddenly, I feel that someone's watching me... I turn around and I see my bunny like this, on the edge of the bed right behind my back. π₯Ί I started to pet her and she was purring (yeah, rabbits can purr just like cats). She came close for the cuddles! I love her. π₯Ίβ€οΈ I never thought she would be like this because in the beginning, she never let me touch her. It seems that now I finallyβ¦

~Shiba~ Haha, look what came in the mail. π I ordered this from Aliexpress because I liked the design and it's Shiba! The shirt is really soft. I can't wait to wear it. π

~I'm scared~ I just send my bachelor's thesis to the printing office to have it printed. It should be done in less then 3 days. π I'm so scared. I hope they won't mess it up. It was pricey.

~BIG DECISIONS~ I made one big decision yesterday regarding my studies and getting my university degree. There's too much happening in my life right now for my liking - taking care of the household constantly, going to my first teaching job in 2 weeks (that will be stressful!). And the thing is - I spend the last 4 months or more just studying and writing and studying every day. On repeat. While I watched other people go on vacations (even my boyfriend was leaving me everyβ¦

~I watched a movie~ I took a break from social media for a few days to recharge and I watched one movie. It was the first movie I watched since the beginning of the year! π As you probably recognize from the picture, I decided to watch the new Jurassic World. It was decent. Not as interesting or shocking as I expected but nice anyway. πβ€οΈ I made some popcorn, too so it was one really nice evening.

~I love it π~ The prints of my bachelor's thesis came today and I absolutely love them! I chose to have them done in white with gold writing on the cover and it was the right choice. I love how shiny the gold is. π I'm so proud. ππ€£ Two prints will go to my university and I will keep the third one and hopefully have it on my book shelf in the future. β€οΈ

~They are gone~ I traveled to my university today to give the prints to the secretary. However, I needed to take a photo first. π I'd say that it's kind of a tradition...to take nice photo with your thesis before you hand it over. π My photos are very low quality because I took them with my front camera. Unfortunately, my bf couldn't come with me just to photograph because he's at work... So this needs to be enough. π

~Calendar diary~ I bought a diary for my upcoming school year (for my job) because I want to feel organized and write everything down - important dates, meetings and stuff. We'll see if it will be useful or not. π This is my first time having a calendar diary and it somewhat makes me feel important and as a proper teacher. π€£

~French fries~ Making French fries at home is dangerous business because the oil needs to be flaming hot. You need to be extra careful when cooking (everytime) so you can enjoy some delicious fries. πππ

~Sleepy~ #adoniis_bunny I can't get over the fact that my bunny sleeps in different positions every day. Sometimes she's curled up in a little ball and sometimes stretched out like this. π It's funny. Some people call this position "dead flop" because it can look scary if you never witnessed it before with a rabbit. π€£ It's totally normal though.

~Going down~ Oh, crypto prices are dropping again after such a long time. At least I finally got the chance to convert some of my USDT to BCH again. Only half of it though, in case it would drop more. π I'm feeling like a proper business man when I do this. π€£ I'm working with really small numbers but still... Every penny counts.

~Amazing news~ I recently returned back on Wattpad (platform for amateur writing) to continue translating some stories from my favorite fandom and the feedback was amazing so far! Many readers returned too just to read it. πβ€οΈ Yesterday, another great news appeared because someone decided to translate my old story into Portuguese. π₯Ίπ I'm honored! and happy that the story can reach more people thanks to the translation. β€οΈ

~Stress~ I will start my first job in 2 day, on Thursday, and I'm already getting stressed. I'm looking forward to it but it's also nerve-wracking, just like every new thing. How do you guys cope with stress? π And what was your first job like? π

~Last day of freedom~ Today, I went to city of LitomΔΕice and to visit a local physician to get a paper confirmation that nothing is preventing me from working. It's one of many documents I need to provide before starting my job tomorrow. ππ₯Ί Also... On this "last day of freedom" π my bf and I went to restaurant for delicious lunch. We both ordered salmon and mashed potatoes. π It was the best salmon I've ever had, no doubts! See the picture. π

~First day~ My first day at school was pretty good! My colleagues are so nice and everything is going smooth so far. π We had a meeting, I did some paperwork, then we had a cup of coffee and went home earlier. We'll see how it will go once I will start teaching for real (next Friday). π€£π€£ This was so chill but teaching is completely different story.

~Weekend!~ I'm so glad it's weekend and I don't need to go anywhere. π€£ The one thing I didn't miss is the traveling everyday, that's for sure. Here's how my working schedule looks like (when I will be teaching). It could be much worse. π I think I will work the rest of the hours from home because that's what teachers do. I found out that the computer in my office is too slow, so yeah... I have no other choice than to work from home anyway. π
