If you have just started to play Splinterlands, you will probably be confronted with the dilemma of how to grow your account without having to invest a ton of money. What can you do if you don't have a lot of money to invest? In the video I am showing you some ways how you can grow your account without having to make huge investments: https://peakd.com/hive-13323/@achim03/amuhkjlr #Splinterlands

I've bookmarked this too :) thanks I'm still very new to the game (~2 weeks) and the only investment so far I've made is Quest Potions which I'm loving so far
I think that the quest potions are the best way to build your deck in a relatively cheap way at the moment. Great that you have started Splinterlands! If you need some tips don't hesitate to ask ;-)
Thank you so much. Now I have one more mentor hehe.yeha should have started much earlier when I saw all the posts about it
It's never too late to start ;-)
Indeed, easy and good tips. If I wasn't in Splinterlands already I definitely still would get in using all the tricks in the book to grow and account from zero. The most important thing is consistency for years and being patient, with those 2 things everyone still should be able to get to really high levels in the game.
I totally agree. If you have a long term plan and are will to grow slowly you will get there. With Splinterlands it's quite difficult to get to the top fast :-)
Thank you for that video! Right now, my two kids, (aged 7 and 12), are playing Splinterlands. They are doing okay, but every time they come up against a "living lava" (?) card, they have a problem. Do you happen to know a way they could defeat the "living lava" card? Sorry if that is a poorly formed question. Like I wrote, the kids are playing Splinterlands, not me.
The living lava is a strong tank card from the fire splinter. It has a strong attack and good protection. A good way to fight it is with magic attack. Make sure to have at least 3 attack of magic every round and you have a chance against it :-)
Thank you, kind Sir! And now that my two kids are here, I'm gonna have them watch your video.
I hope they like it. Btw. Some time ago I created a free online course to get started with Splinterlands. Maybe it can help them: https://www.ref-hunters.ch/team/member/course/the-splinterlands-academy/?tab=tab-overview
Cool beans! Thank you so much!! The 7 year old is being disruptive, (so what else is new?), but if-and-when he calms down the 12 year old and I are gonna go through that course.
