Best time to the pasar malam is after the rain | 去夜市最好的时间是下过雨后 😎After dinner on Thursday night, I took a walk to the pasar malam at Toa Payoh Central to take a look. Not as crowded as the last 2 times probably because the rain just stopped. I decided to walk through the food street section because I had not gone in so far. There are so many options and I had dinner already. I continued walking but someone stopped to get a drink. I didn't know she bought something from another stall too.
