📷Went for a pickleball workshop on Sunday | 周日去参加了匹克球作坊😎 Here I was again going to Singapore Expo. Heading to hall 7. Almost reaching the entrance. Went into the hall. Saw padel courts first. Finally, found the pickleball courts. Went to register. Then took a selfie. Got some bananas and a bags with a few pairs of socks in it. Tried a pair of shoes because they had 30% discount. They didn't have the black colour I wanted though the size 8 fits OK. This would be the court I would start playing at. Walked towards the end to go the toilet first. Out of the toilet. Going back to the first court. These courts were nicer with more seats for spectators. The session started and we break up into groups of 8 players in a court. The first 15 minutes was a bit of warm up and then we break into teams of 4 to play against each other for about 15 minutes game for an hour. There was some tips for certain people but I had to say it was no much of a workshop that I expected. The next hour, we were broken into groups of 8 and played the dreambreaker format for 15 minutes. Then the winning team move up to next court and losing team move down to another court. We lost one, then won 3 continuously and lost two. By then, although I enjoyed the game play, I already concluded the workshop was really below my expectation and I wasn't the only one who expected to see a professional player here. Disappointed for sure.
