The signs are up ... but .... 🙄 Reminding people where they are not to ride their scooters or bikes. Yet, there continues to be jokers like this disregarding the regulations. The implementation of regulations without enforcement is NOT governing. 😣 Looks like someone has to be hurt again before something is done.
