📷Shopping and ending with dinner at Hock Kee | 逛商场后在福气安康吃晚餐😎 Recently, walked to the City Square mall in Johor Bahru after lunch and buying some snacks recently. Stopped by this place and had some herbal jelly. Then walk around and shop a bit before dinner. Saw a Malaysian telcom plan with 500GB data with roaming to Singapore for 68 Malaysia ringgit. Sounds not bad but my Singapore plan already allows me to have data roam to Malaysia. Decided to have dinner at Hock Kee before going back to Singapore. They had some old school gate, gramaphone and cups as part of their decorations. My wife and I went it. It was early and wasn't that crowded inside. Sat at a corner table and ordered our food. I like the little basket they used for the soy sauce and pepper but we won't be using that since we didn't get any eggs. The lady had a passionfruit juice and I had coffee. I ordered the laksa mee hoon kueh. Not too spicy. My wife had dry mee siam with fried chicken meat. They sell kaya, cookies and coffee and tea mix amongst other things. I was tempted by the freshly baked egg tarts but I just went to pay about 56 Malaysia ringgit and left in the end.
